The National Model Railroad Association (NMRA), a 501(c)3 not for profit educational organization, is a world wide organization with over 18,000 active members, associates, families, and clubs dedicated to the hobby of scale model railroading in all it’s facets. The NMRA supports a hobby of many diverse interests that all relate to the greater world of trains and railroads.

The Mid-Eastern Region (MER) is one of 19 Regions within the NMRA.  The Susquehanna Division, the sponsor of this website, is one of 10 active divisions within the MER.

The Susquehanna Division sponsors events which are planned throughout the calendar year, including visits to museums and model railroads.  Check out our Calendar for a list of upcoming events.

The Division publishes a bimonthly newsletter called Susquehanna Sidetracks.  If you are a member of the division and on the group’s email list you will receive an email when the latest edition of the newsletter is ready.

The Division provides a new mentoring program with an opportunity for members to ask for advice with different aspects of model railroading. Check out the Modeler’s Mentorship page for advice or to volunteer your expertise.
